We’ve just come off the back of a crazy busy season of corporate Christmas parties & summer wedding gigs throughout Oct/Nov/Dec. So it’s such a sweet feeling to come up for fresh air & emerge into the bright & shiny brand spanking new 2014 with a whole bunch of live recordings captured during that busy time. Here’s the first taster to get the ball rolling, with plenty more to come as we take some time to have a listen through the tracks.
This live recording was made while the band performed at the wedding of Jill & Andrew at Sergeant’s Mess – and fortunately they liked it too!
It was an absolute pleasure to have Sydney Jazz Collective perform at our wedding. What a breeze!!!!! From contacting you for a quote through to receiving details, answering all my weird and wonderful questions and just letting the band ‘do their thing’. It was so nice to have that element of surprise when everything else in the day is so meticulously planned. And it was the right choice. The band just knew what to do. I wish I could’ve chatted to the guys for longer to say another few times ‘thank you’. We could not have asked for anything better. It was exactly what we wanted. I will certainly recommend you to anyone/everyone. Thank you for all your time and support, the whole process was truly so easy and hassle free, and thanks for contributing to the day that both Andrew and I deem as the best day of our lives.
